Atlantic Aluminum Products is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of Shift 2 (Night) Production Team Leader. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing and actively participating in the production and assembly of our high-quality railing products during the night shift. The role involves engaging in repetitive physical labor within a fast-paced production environment, utilizing a range of hand and power tools/equipment. Your commitment to following standard work methods and promoting safe work habits is crucial to ensuring an efficient and secure production process. As a leader on the night shift, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety of your team members and upholding an effective production schedule in the absence of the Production Manager.
