Atlantic Aluminum Products is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader for our 2nd Shift to help lead our production team in the manufacturing and assembly of our high-quality aluminum railing products.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable working alongside their team while helping keep production safe, efficient, and on schedule. The Production Team Leader will help oversee daily production activities, support and guide team members, and maintain established quality and safety standards.
In the absence of the Production Manager, the Team Leader plays an important role in keeping the shift organized, productive, and focused on meeting production goals.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, leadership experience, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves repetitive physical work and the use of various hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, communicate effectively with team members, promote safe work practices, and help create a productive and positive work environment.
